About: Nicole is a senior leader in LEGO’s Global Product & Marketing Team, co-leading its marketing transformation and heading “Our LEGO Agency,” a 400-person internal agency across multiple countries.

With 25 years in global advertising, she was previously CEO of Catorce DDB, McCann Worldgroup Australia, and DDB Sydney, leading award-winning work for major brands.

Mihnea Gheorghiu / Global Chief Creative Officer, Le Pub

About: Mihnea started in advertising at 19 as a junior copywriter in Bucharest. He has since worked across major cities worldwide, winning 118 Cannes Lions (including two Grand Prix and a Titanium) and numerous other top industry awards. In 2023, he ranked as the 10th most awarded CCO globally, rising to 8th in 2024, while Le Pub Milan topped WARC’s creative agency rankings in 2022 and 2023.

Since 2017, he has led global work for DIESEL and Heineken at Publicis Milan, becoming Chief Creative Officer of Publicis Italy in 2021 and Global CCO of Le Pub in 2022. He loves creative ideas and raccoons.

He leads strategy in London, working with key clients like EA Sports, Nike Jordan, and Instagram. He also played a key role in Uncommon’s New York expansion. In 2024, Uncommon was named Fast Company’s No.1 Most Innovative Company in Advertising & Marketing.

Lars Bastholm is the founder of Bastholm Creative Consulting, specializing in AI-driven brand innovation. He co-founded The Scandinavian Creative AI Summit (SCAISU) and has led creative teams at Google, Ogilvy, and AKQA. A Cannes Lions-winning creative, he is passionate about technology and storytelling. He has contributed to four Taschen books and is a member of IADAS and PGA.

About: Leads Global Brand & Creative agency based out of Glasgow and London – recently named ‘Agency of the Year’ by Marketing Society Scotland. Andrew is also creating viral content with his son on @EntertainingDad (250M+ views) a father-son TikTok page that even recently caught Will Smith’s attention.
