About: Deep strategic and executional creative & cultural brand building expert and a seasoned entrepreneurial business leader with a 30 year wealth of international hands-on experience of lifestyle, FMCG and sportswear brands, both through her own independent practices and in senior positions at adidas and Diageo. In her debut book Culture-Led Brands Leila distils three decades of culture-led approach as an outsider with insider knowledge to building brands, imparting a vision that is as socially conscious as it is commercially successful.

Lars Bastholm / Founder & CCO at Bastholm Creative Consulting

About: Lars Bastholm is the founder of Bastholm Creative Consulting, specializing in AI-driven brand innovation. He co-founded The Scandinavian Creative AI Summit (SCAISU) and has led creative teams at Google, Ogilvy, and AKQA. A Cannes Lions-winning creative, he is passionate about technology and storytelling. He has contributed to four Taschen books and is a member of IADAS and PGA.

About: Tobey Duncan became Chief Strategy Officer at Uncommon Creative Studio in July 2024, after joining in 2018. Mihnea Gheorghiu / Global Chief Creative Officer, Le Pub

About: Mihnea started in advertising at 19 as a junior copywriter in Bucharest. He has since worked across major cities worldwide, winning 118 Cannes Lions (including two Grand Prix and a Titanium) and numerous other top industry awards. In 2023, he ranked as the 10th most awarded CCO globally, rising to 8th in 2024, while Le Pub Milan topped WARC’s creative agency rankings in 2022 and 2023.

Since 2017, he has led global work for DIESEL and Heineken at Publicis Milan, becoming Chief Creative Officer of Publicis Italy in 2021 and Global CCO of Le Pub in 2022. He loves creative ideas and raccoons.

About: Bickerstaff.734 was named Independent Agency of the Year 2024 by GOLDEN DRUM and ranked among Europe’s Top 15 Most Effective Agencies. The agency created “Nearest Bomb Shelter” for the Ukrainian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale and the “Not for Sale” concept for Expo 2025.

Alongside her creative work, she has a strong background in cultural management and public communication—leading the cultural and educational departments at the President’s Office and previously running the public speaking school “Aristotle.”

About:  Michael is a serial entrepreneur that is coming for a prolonged background in hospitality (Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne) to now founding and building one of the hottest European streetwear brands, Maison Beast. Michael has an obsession with freedom of self-expression and believes that a sense of humor can make every aspect of life better. 

Maison Beast is one of the hottest premium streetwear brands to come out of Europe (Estonia). In the past two years, it has been invited to show at New York Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week, and has been worn by superstars like The Game, G-Unit, Taylor Momsen, and many more. IEVA DAVYDENKO / SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER AT GO VILNIUS

About: Ieva is a part of the Go Vilnius team, where she leads the city’s most prominent international-facing events. Go Vilnius created the signature Vilnius Pink Soup Fest, an inventive celebration to boost the city's visibility abroad. The festival grew from 15,000 to 93,000 visitors in just three years—a testament not only to the strength of the idea but also to Ieva’s ability to build it into a large-scale cultural phenomenon.
